1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using grooming services at Guru Kripa Dog Salon, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments should be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our online booking system
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Repeated no-shows may result in requirement of advance payment for future bookings

3. Health and Safety Requirements

• All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (especially rabies)
• Dogs showing signs of illness or contagious conditions may be refused service
• Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues
• We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive dogs that pose safety risks
• Emergency veterinary care will be sought if needed, at owner's expense

4. Grooming Services

• We provide grooming services to the best of our ability using professional techniques
• Severely matted coats may require shaving, which can reveal underlying skin conditions
• We cannot guarantee exact styling for first-time clients until we assess the coat
• Additional charges may apply for heavily matted or difficult coats
• Service duration may vary based on dog size, coat condition, and temperament

5. Liability

• We exercise utmost care in handling all pets but cannot be held liable for injuries to dogs with pre-existing conditions
• Elderly dogs or those with health issues are groomed at owner's risk
• We are not responsible for clipper burns, nicks, or minor cuts that may occur despite careful grooming
• In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you and seek veterinary care if necessary
• We are not liable for dogs that escape due to owner's negligence during drop-off/pick-up

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash and digital payment methods
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional services discovered during grooming will be quoted before proceeding
• Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or error on our part

7. Abandoned Pets

Pets not picked up within 3 days of scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned. After 7 days, we will surrender the pet to local animal control authorities. Daily boarding fees will apply for extended stays.

8. Photography and Media

By using our services, you consent to photographs or videos of your pet being taken and potentially used for marketing purposes on our website, social media, or promotional materials unless you explicitly opt-out.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
